5th Heaven Return Policy

5H will accept returns of (non-Luxury brands) unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU labelWe do not accept exchanges of any kind.

Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (return window based on the exact time of delivery) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.

If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, face masks, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Shipping is always free with us, and that includes return shipping. 
  • Please allow 5H 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • 5H will email you after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.

Luxury Brand Refund Policy

Full Refunds for items from our Luxury Collections will only be provided in the following circumstances:

1- Wrong item received

2- Item received damaged

Please ensure to provide pictures of any damaged items within 7 days of receiving the item and a Return Shipping Label will be provided.

**Shipping Costs for Returns initiated within the 7 day Return Policy window for Luxury Collection items due to change of mind or improper fit will be the customers responsibility
